Developing Your Personal Brand for Professional Growth

Join us on Monday, September 18th at Alliant Energy Center as our guest speaker Ellen Bartkowiak, Ellen Coaching, presents Developing Your Personal Brand for Professional Growth.

If you haven't taken the time to solidify your personal brand, now is the time! As marketing professionals, you spend time thinking about other company’s brands, but how often do you take the time to work on your own brand? This session will allow you the time to focus on personal branding, review the basic formula for creating your brand, and create a plan to implement it. This interactive session will put your needs first so that you can return to work focused, engaged and maybe even a little more confident about your strengths, gifts and unique selling point. Learn how your brand will help empower you for the next phase in your career.

Key Take Aways.....
•  You will be given the opportunity to make the connection between your personal brand and your current employer
•  You will leave with a ‘brand toolkit’ to know when and where to articulate your personal brand
•  You will practice articulating your brand
•  You will recognize the importance of proactively putting your career needs first rather than reactively
•  You will laugh at least once
